Responsibilities: Develop and execute the Business Unit strategy and financial statements, cascade objectives to functions. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning; align with Sunbulah’s financial strategy and compliance. Drive team development: training, coaching, and performance management with HR collaboration. Ensure IFRS/SOCPA-aligned policies, systems, processes, and robust financial controls. Oversee budget consolidation, variance analysis, and cost control for the BU. Manage revenue forecasting and identify sustainable growth drivers. Implement financial planning, monitoring, and cost-management standards; ensure GAAP compliance. Direct monthly close, financial statements, and management reports with insightful analysis. Optimize accounting operations: A/P, A/R, GL, reconciliations, and process improvements. Coordinate with auditors, zakat advisors, and external providers; protect SUNBULAH’s interests. Oversee Accounts Receivable, customer reconciliations, aging, and working capital optimization. Manage inventory costing, claims, deductions, and payment settlements for accuracy. Maintain documentation, audit readiness, and risk management alignment. Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking international best practices and standards.
Requirements:University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, professional certification (e.g., CPA) or equivalent preferred.8–10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting operations. Good in Arabic and English Languages.
