Job Title: Sales Engineer – Concrete Equipment Specialist
Job Brief:We’re in search of a seasoned, diligent, and exceptional Sales Engineer with a strong record in selling Concrete Equipment. This role involves acquiring new customers, nurturing existing ones, and achieving high customer satisfaction levels. Your performance metrics will include acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and overall contribution to our sales team and business objectives.
Responsibilities:Support sales efforts by selling our products/solutions into a prospect account base. Work closely with sales to strategize, prepare, and execute complex deals in challenging sales cycles. Develop financial business models for each sales opportunity. Match customer needs and challenges effectively with our proposed solutions. Create and deliver compelling presentations and demos that clearly illustrate our value proposition. Handle all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses. Convey customer requirements effectively to the Management / Principals / R&D teams for future product enhancement. Gather and document competitive intelligence.
Requirements:5–7 years of work experience as a Sales Engineer in the Concrete Field. Proven success in selling complex enterprise solutions. Excellent relationship-building skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Solid technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in the Concrete Field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong presentation and creativity skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia. B. Sc / B. E / B. Tech degree or equivalent, preferably in a related field. Valid Saudi Driving License required. Fluency in English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is required. Prior experience in the Saudi construction or infrastructure market is preferred.
