We’re Hiring: Senior Specialist – Finance Process Improvement (12-Month Contract) We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist to support internal process improvement and documentation enhancement initiatives within the Finance Center of Excellence (FCoE). This is a 12-month contractual role, ideal for finance professionals with strong exposure to process design, SOP development, and continuous improvement across finance operations.???? Role Purpose The Senior Specialist will play a key role in improving finance processes, strengthening documentation standards, and supporting ongoing improvement initiatives across the Finance CoE. The role requires close collaboration with finance stakeholders to standardize workflows, enhance controls, and improve operational efficiency.???? Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and improve existing finance processes and workflows Develop, update, and standardize Policies, Procedures, and SOPsDocument end-to-end finance processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) Support continuous improvement initiatives within Finance CoEWork cross-functionally with finance teams to align processes and controls Ensure documentation aligns with internal governance and best practices Support implementation of process enhancements and knowledge transfer???? Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field5–7 years of relevant experience in finance process improvement, SOP development, or internal controls Strong exposure to process documentation, workflow optimization, and policy development Good understanding of finance operations and systems Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience in shared services, Finance CoE, or transformation projects is a plus????
