Position Title Technician – Paint Shop Maintenance ( Four Wheeler Automotive Industry only)
Role Summary Ensures reliable operation of paint shop equipment through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on paint shop equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Maintain robots, conveyors, ovens, booths, and paint circulation systems. Conduct safety checks, inspections, and compliance activities. Execute predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and escalate major issues when required.
Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in automotive paint shop or manufacturing environment. Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with robots, conveyors, and automated equipment is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and safety awareness.
Education Technical High School Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
