We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Manager to join our team in the Middle East. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities for IT solutions and services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing market, building strong relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business needs. Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and prospect potential clients in the Middle East region to generate leads and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts. Sales and Account Management:Present and sell IT solutions and services, including software development, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed solutions. Understand customer requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their business challenges. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions. Partner with the marketing team to align on campaigns and strategies for client acquisition. Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery. Market and Industry Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in the Middle East region. Analyze the competitive landscape and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in the Middle East region. Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud computing, infrastructure, managed services, and software development. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and achieving targets. Knowledge of cultural and business practices in the Middle East is a plus.
