Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Legal Advisor to support the Legal Operations function through high-quality legal advisory and contract review, with a primary focus on vendor and commercial contracts. The role provides legal analysis, risk assessment, and practical guidance to support business decision-making, including advisory input on employment-related matters as required, in coordination with HR and external counsel.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide legal review and advisory on vendor contracts, commercial agreements, NDAs, and cross-border arrangements Identify, assess, and advise on contractual and regulatory risks, proposing practical mitigation measures Prepare legal analyses, opinions, and memoranda for internal stakeholders Provide advisory support on employment-related matters, including interpretation and risk assessment, in coordination with HR and external counsel Support consistency and quality in contractual matters in line with Legal Operations frameworks and governance standards

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience, in-house and/or with a reputable law firm Strong experience advising on commercial and vendor contracts Sound legal judgment with the ability to deliver practical, business-oriented advice Excellent drafting, review, and legal analysis skills Experience in regulated, financial services, or structured corporate environments is an advantage
