We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in managed services, IT infrastructure, and IT governance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in IT policies, procedures, and standards, with proven experience in ISO compliance, service management, and cloud and network administration. This role requires strategic planning, hands-on management, and the ability to ensure operational excellence across IT services. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service delivery standards. Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Establish, monitor, and optimize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal teams and external vendors. Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Server, Azure, and hybrid environments. Oversee network operations and ensure secure, reliable connectivity across systems. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ITIL® 4 standards, and organizational security policies. Coordinate IT projects, including outsourcing and managed services initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to IT teams. Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, budgets, and risk management. Provide bilingual support (Arabic/English) for stakeholders and clients. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Microsoft certifications:MCSA: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). ITIL® 4 Foundation Service Management. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 7 years in managed services or outsourcing projects. Proven experience in setting up IT policies, procedures, and SLAs. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 standards. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
