Role - Project Manager – Mechanical Engineering & Design Systems (Technical)
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage projects related to mechanical and design system engineering for land vehicle platforms (e.g., 4x4, combat, or support vehicles). Coordinate between design, production, and quality teams to ensure technical requirements are met. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with SAMI / RSLF standards. Support design validation, system integration, and technical documentation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and defence stakeholders for technical reviews and approvals. Ensure all project activities comply with defence and safety regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years of experience in Defence or Land Systems industry (vehicle or turret domain preferred). Proven track record in project management within mechanical or design engineering projects. Strong understanding of design systems, integration, and defence manufacturing processes.
