Position Title: Section Head of Financial Planning & Analysis Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled Section Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the financial planning and budgeting function across multiple markets and brands. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, advanced expertise in financial modeling, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and strategic financial insights that enable effective decision-making at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reports with a high level of accuracy. Oversee the annual budget process, monthly forecasts, and latest estimates across 10 countries and 12 brands. Review profit & loss (P&L) statements, identify variances, and provide comprehensive justifications. Ensure the preparation of management reporting packages and Board-level presentations. Monitor marketing and commercial expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets. Coordinate with finance and operations teams to meet monthly closing requirements (preliminary and final). Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and business expansion. Contribute to enhancing the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to strengthen financial planning and analysis processes.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Advanced skills in financial modeling and strategic analysis. Strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage the FP&A section. High accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple markets/brands simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to perform under pressure and deliver within deadlines. Required Training: Computer skills – Administrative skills – Effective communication skills.
