Location: Jeddah and Riyadh One of our client's, a manufacturer of Expansion Joint Systems & Infrastructure Solutions is looking for a driven Sales Engineer to bridge technical expertise with business growth. You’ll be the frontline operator—working with consultants, contractors, and developers to deliver high-performance structural, architectural, and electromechanical solutions that meet international safety and durability standards. In simple terms: you translate complex products into real-world solutions that win projects. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell full product range:Expansion & control joints Fire-rated expansion joints & fire systems Stair nosing, floor mats, wall protection Rubber & waterproofing products Traffic, safety & parking solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with:Consultants Contractors Project owners & developers Study project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to recommend suitable products. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, submittals, and cost estimates. Conduct product presentations and technical meetings with clients. Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution. Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and meet monthly/annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects. Provide post-sales technical support when required. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Experience2–5 years of experience in technical sales (construction / building materials / infrastructure preferred). Technical Skills Strong understanding of construction systems and project workflows. Ability to read drawings and specifications. Knowledge of expansion joint systems, waterproofing, or fire systems is a major plus. Other Skills Strong communication & negotiation skills Client-focused mindset Good presentation skills Proficient in MS Office English required, Arabic is a big advantage
