وظيفة: مدير مشاريع موسمي – موسم الحج الموقع: مكة المكرمة – جدةمدة التعاقد: موسمي (خلال موسم الحج) لمدة ثلاث أشهرنبذة عن العمل:قيادة مشروع تشغيل منصة ميداني في المشاعر، وتأسيس الفرق من بداية اختيار المتقدمين حتى تدريبهم وتأهيلهم ونزولهم في الميدان للعمل خلال الموسم وضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال الرقابة الميدانية والتشغيل الرقمي بجودة عالية، مع إدارة العلاقة اليومية مع العميل وفرق العمل وفريق العمل الداخلي.

المهام والمسؤوليات:- إدارة المشروع بالكامل خلال موسم الحج من لحظة التشغيل حتى الإغلاق.-مقابلة المتقدمين وتأهيل المرشحين وتقسيمهم الى فرق عمل متناسبة- أن يكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية بين العميل وفريق العمل لدينا.- الإشراف على الفرق الميدانية والتزامهم بخطط العمل والأداء اليومي وجودة البيانات المدخلة.- معالجة أي مشاكل تشغيلية أو ميدانية بشكل فوري.- إعداد التقارير.- التنقل بين جدة ومكة مع الاستعداد للإقامة في مكة (المشاعر) حسب الحاجة.- التنسيق مع فريق ميداني للدعم الفني والتشغيلي.- القدرة على إعداد ورسم خطة تنفيذية واضحة للمشروع ومتابعة تنفيذها ميدانياً.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:سعودي الجنسية- خبرة سابقة في إدارة المشاريع - العمليات الميدانية - مشاريع الحج أو العمرة أو المشاريع الموسمية الكبرى (ميزة قوية).- خلفية في إدارة العمليات والحشود.- معرفة باستخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع.- القدرة على إدارة فرق كبيرة - العمل تحت ضغط عالي - اتخاذ قرارات ميدانية سريعة.- فهم جيد للتقنية والأنظمة الرقمية.- خلفية تقنية و معرفة بحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.- مهارات عالية في التواصل مع العملاء - حل المشكلات - إدارة الوقت.- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Word و Power Point و Excelوادوات إدارة المشاريع - الاستعداد للتواجد والعمل في المشاعر خلال موسم الحج. - القدرة على التنقل والإقامة في مكة حسب الحاجة.
Position Title: Seasonal Project Manager – Hajj Season Location: Makkah – Jeddah Contract Duration: Seasonal (Hajj Season) – 3 Months Job Overview:Lead the operation of an on-ground platform project during the Hajj season, including establishing and managing teams from the recruitment and selection phase through training, onboarding, and field deployment. The role ensures the execution of all field monitoring and digital operations at a high-quality standard, while managing daily relationships with the client, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the project end-to-end throughout the Hajj season, from activation to closure. Interview applicants, qualify candidates, and allocate them into appropriately structured teams. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal project team. Supervise field teams to ensure adherence to work plans, daily performance targets, and data quality standards. Address and resolve operational or field-related issues promptly and effectively. Prepare and submit regular reports. Travel between Jeddah and Makkah, with readiness to stay in Makkah (holy sites) as required. Coordinate with field teams providing technical and operational support. Develop clear and structured project execution plans and ensure their implementation on the ground.

Required Qualifications:Saudi Nationality Previous experience in project management, field operations, or managing Hajj, Umrah, or large-scale seasonal projects (strong advantage). Background in operations and crowd management. Proficiency in using project management tools. Strong ability to manage large teams, work under high pressure, and make fast, on-site decisions. Solid understanding of technology and digital systems. Technical background and knowledge of AI-based solutions is considered an added advantage. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and project management tools. Willingness to be present and work in the holy sites during the Hajj season. Ability to travel and reside in Makkah as required.
