Open Positions: Personal Finance / Leasing Finance
About the Role:
To achieve sales targets for personal finance and leasing finance products by providing professional sales support, understanding customer needs, and delivering suitable financing solutions while maintaining high service quality and company reputation.
Responsibilities:
Handle Client inquiries related to personal and leasing finance products in a professional manner. Assess customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable financing solutions in line with company policies and credit guidelines. Coordinate with internal departments such as Credit, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure timely processing and disbursement. Clearly explain financing products, terms, conditions, repayment structures, and contractual obligations to customers. Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with retail customers to enhance satisfaction and retention. Conduct continuous follow-up with customers before and after disbursement to ensure service quality. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets for both personal and leasing finance products. Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and documentation. Prepare periodic sales activity and performance reports. Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal finance and/or leasing finance sales. Preferably experienced in a finance company or bank. Good knowledge of personal and leasing finance products and sales processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Ability to manage multiple applications and priorities simultaneously. Results-driven with strong follow-up and closing skills.
