TOP TATO represents sophistication, creativity, and timeless style. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media & Content Creator, based in Jeddah. The role combines hands-on content creation with strategic planning and performance oversight. The Social Media & Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across TOP TATO’s social media platforms, creating high-quality visual and written content, managing content calendars, and closely monitoring performance to ensure continuous growth and optimization. This position requires a strong creative eye, a leadership mindset, and the ability to track results, analyze performance, and improve content and campaigns. Close collaboration with creative and marketing teams is essential to maintain brand voice, consistency, and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and short-form content.
Write compelling captions and storytelling content that reflects the brand’s tone and identity.
Lead content planning, scheduling, and campaign execution across platforms.
Monitor performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide insights and reports.
Optimize content and campaigns based on data, trends, and audience behavior.
Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics and messaging across all social media channels.
Qualifications Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong visual sense with experience in mobile photography and video creation.
Experience in content planning, campaign strategy, and analytics.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Leadership mindset with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in the fashion industry is a strong plus.
