IT Release Manager – Riyadh ????????
We’ve partnered with one of Riyadh’s fastest-growing e-commerce companies. After helping them hire their Delivery Director, I’m now supporting them as they scale out the delivery and release function underneath them. ????
After scaling rapidly over the last few years, they’re now operating multiple product squads with frequent, high-impact releases across a complex technology landscape.
This role reports directly to the Delivery Director and sits right at the centre of engineering and delivery. Your job? Own the end-to-end release lifecycle across technology teams - coordinating complex, multi-team releases, maintaining system stability, and ensuring high-quality software is delivered through well-governed CI/CD pipelines.
You’ll be hands-on with release tooling and deployments, while providing the structure, visibility, and governance needed to keep releases moving at pace in a fast-moving agile environment.

What They’re Looking For Agile, Dev Ops, delivery-first mindset — someone who truly understands modern release management in practice Proven experience managing complex releases across multiple engineering teams and product squads Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, etc.) Deep understanding of Git, branching strategies, and release management Experience executing production deployments, rollback strategies, and post-release validation Strong stakeholder communication skills across Engineering, Product, QA, and Operations
