Role Description The MEP Design Manager is a full-time on-site position located in Riyadh. The incumbent will lead and manage the design and planning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for diverse infrastructure and construction projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring designs adhere to standards and regulations, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing the development of project specifications, plans, and schedules to ensure timely and high-quality completion. The manager will also provide technical guidance and support throughout design and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Qualifications Strong expertise in MEP Design, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, with a thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations. Proficiency in project coordination and management, with skills in developing project specifications, plans, and schedules to meet deadlines and quality requirements. Ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project success. Experience with engineering tools and software such as Auto CAD, Revit, or similar design platforms, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field, with professional certifications or affiliations being an advantage. Proven experience of managing MEP design for large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in international markets. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills to effectively manage teams and interface with diverse stakeholders. Experience not less than 10 years
