Role Description


Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets, improve conversion rates, and ensure high-quality customer interactions. Responsible for team performance, coaching, daily operations, and sales reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive daily and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance and call quality
  • Coach and motivate the sales team
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and SOP compliance



Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of sales/telesales experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in healthcare or service industry is a plus
