Role Description
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets, improve conversion rates, and ensure high-quality customer interactions. Responsible for team performance, coaching, daily operations, and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and call quality
- Coach and motivate the sales team
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure CRM accuracy and SOP compliance
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of sales/telesales experience
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in healthcare or service industry is a plus
