*Job Description
Develop the department’s strategies and plans in alignment with the overall sales strategy and ensure their execution. Enhance competitiveness and develop activities to strengthen the factory’s market position and increase its market share. Prepare and comply with the department’s annual budget. Coordinate between branches, warehouses, and the production department to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time. Prepare and submit periodic reports on the department’s activities and achievements. Monitor product pricing and compare with competitors’ prices. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability based on customer needs in coordination with production. Manage the sales team and distribute tasks and targets. Handle major sales proposals and close key deals. Draft contracts and agreements with major clients. Follow up on outstanding receivables and aging reports and ensure reduction to the lowest possible level. Report to the Sales Director regarding workflow, challenges, and recommended solutions. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
*Academic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field Work Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience Skills & Competencies:Ability to develop marketing and sales strategies Creativity, innovation, and strong interpersonal communication Proficiency in English Proficiency in computer applications
