Our Client : A high growth FMCG business with a strong footprint in Saudi Arabia and ambitions to scale market share, execution quality, and commercial capability across modern trade, traditional trade, and key customers. They are investing in leadership to tighten route to market, sharpen revenue management, and build a sales organization that can win consistently in Saudi Arabia and export market. Your Role : You will own the full sales engine and the commercial operating rhythm. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can set direction, build leaders, and still stay close to the numbers and the market. Align sales strategy to the company growth plan, translate targets into executable channel plans, and ensure field execution does not drift. You will strengthen key account management, distributor performance, and sales capability building, while partnering closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and the CEO to make sure commercial decisions land properly in the business. Building and delivering the national sales strategy across channels. Driving revenue growth, distribution expansion, market share gains and taking export to the next level of growth. Embedding revenue management principles across pricing, promotions, and pack architecture. Building a high performance sales culture through coaching, clarity, and accountability. Must Have18+ years in FMCG sales leadership with at least 5 years leading at a national or multi region level Saudi Arabia market depth is essential. Clear evidence of building teams, upgrading talent, and creating a performance culture Commercial grip across pricing, trade terms, promotions, and customer profitability Comfortable working with a CEO and board level stakeholders with direct accountability for results Strong analytical approach with a track record of using data to improve execution and outcomes Fluency in Arabic is important for the role.
