Position Summary:

The Community Director will oversee the strategic and operational management of residential and mixed-use communities within the real estate portfolio. This role ensures that the communities deliver exceptional living experiences, maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and aesthetics, and foster a strong sense of belonging among residents. The Community Director will lead teams across community management, facility operations, customer service, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for community management aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee budgets, service contracts, and performance KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance community value, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.

2. Operations & Property Management

  • Supervise the daily operations of all community facilities, landscaping, and security.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and local municipal standards.

3. Community Relations & Resident Experience

  • Build strong relationships with residents, homeowners associations, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee resident communication, feedback channels, and community engagement events.
  • Promote initiatives that foster social cohesion, sustainability, and cultural alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 values.

4. Financial & Administrative Management

  • Prepare and manage community budgets, service charge collections, and expenditure tracking.
  • Monitor vendor contracts, renewal cycles, and procurement processes.
  • Implement cost-optimization strategies without compromising service quality.

5. Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate community management and operations teams.
  • Establish KPIs and performance management systems to ensure accountability.
  • Encourage a culture of excellence, service orientation, and continuous improvement.



Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Masters degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • 10- 15 years of experience in community or property management within large-scale real estate developments (residential, mixed-use, or gated communities).
  • Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and service providers.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi real estate regulations, RERA (if applicable), and FM standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
