Role Summary:The Sales Support provides administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and enhancing productivity. This role supports client onboarding, prepares documentation, tracks performance data, and serves as a liaison between sales teams and internal departments to facilitate efficient customer service and policy issuance.
Key Challenges:Balancing administrative workload while ensuring timely support for multiple sales agents or channels Maintaining data accuracy under time constraints Coordinating with various departments (underwriting, finance, operations) to resolve issues Adapting to evolving sales tools and processes quickly
Responsibilities:General: -Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team and agents Prepare, verify, and process sales documents including quotations, applications, and proposals Coordinate with underwriting, policy issuance, and claims teams to track application progress Monitor and maintain client databases, dashboards, and performance reports Assist in the preparation of presentations, sales kits, and marketing materials Follow up on outstanding client requirements and pending documentation Support onboarding of new agents and provide training on systems and processes Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory policies, and confidentiality protocols
Definitive: -Sales Administration: Process sales orders, prepare proposals, and manage sales contracts Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients Data Management: Maintain accurate sales data and records Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales performance Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing sales events, conferences, and training sessions Technical Support: Provide technical support to sales representatives Ensures timely allotments of agents’ code, agency setup, agents’ pyramid updating & maintenance for IMSEnsures sales material & stationery supplies for the branches Checks commission payment statements, incentives, contests, etc. Point of Sales (POS) System: Sets up users agency codes & assigning functional groups authorities
Technical & Functional Requirements:Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Power Point) Experience with CRM systems and policy administration platforms Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Good written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of insurance product types (Life / Non-Life)
Education and Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field Certification or training in insurance administration or customer service is a plus IFCE Certification
