Objective:Support and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on payroll accuracy, government compliance, and Oracle Fusion HCM operations, ensuring full alignment with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes, attendance, leaves, and end-of-service benefits (EOS). Administer and follow up on government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad, ensuring Saudization compliance, visas, permits, and renewals. Prepare and validate payroll inputs, benefits administration, medical insurance coordination, and employee relations matters. Generate accurate HR and payroll reports using Oracle Fusion HCM and Excel, ensuring data integrity and timely submission.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–6 years of hands-on HR Operations experience within the Saudi market. Strong practical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Excel (mandatory). Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance practices. Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
