Job Summary
The Senior FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. The role focuses on preparing financial statements, developing financial models, and supporting management with accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles. Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning: Support annual budgeting and financial planning cycles. Prepare forecasts and analyze variances between budget, actuals, and forecasts. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models and templates to support accurate forecasting and financial analysis. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial performance, trends, and key drivers. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial summaries. Business Support: Provide financial insights and support to management and other departments when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles. Solid understanding of financial statements and financial analysis. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Strong analytical and communication skills.
