Sales Specialist – Vendor Acquisition (Commission-Based) Role Overview Cadeau is seeking a Sales Specialist – Vendor Acquisition to support the expansion of our Super App by onboarding qualified vendors to showcase and sell their products on the Cadeau platform. This role is not a full-time position. It is a contract-based engagement, where the Sales Specialist is compensated with a fixed amount for each vendor successfully signed and contracted with Cadeau. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential vendors (retailers, gift suppliers, service providers) suitable for the Cadeau platform Present the Cadeau value proposition and commercial model clearly to vendors Negotiate and close vendor agreements in alignment with Cadeau’s approved terms Ensure contracts are signed and vendors are handed over to the onboarding team Maintain a basic pipeline and report signed vendors to management Compensation Model This role is commission-based per vendor, not salaried A fixed fee is paid for each vendor successfully signed and contracted with Cadeau No fixed working hours Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or vendor acquisition Strong negotiation and communication skills Existing network of retailers or merchants is a strong advantage Experience with digital platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce is preferred
