We are currently looking to hire a Senior Product Director Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities Strategy: Define product roadmap, represent DEBRA in strategic forums, and align with government/investor partners. Product Execution: Lead full lifecycle development (discovery to launch), prioritize features using data, and ensure platform scalability/security. Growth: Optimize revenue models (subscriptions/transaction fees), drive merchant acquisition/retention, and identify M&A opportunities. Operations: Build high-performing teams (product/engineering/design), establish KPIs, and ensure Saudi regulatory compliance.
Qualifications Required:10–15 years in tech/e-commerce/fintech/logistics; 3+ years as Director/VP. Proven success scaling 20+ member teams in Saudi market. Business-fluent Arabic & deep understanding of KSA regulatory landscape. Preferred:Experience at Careem, Noon, Jahez, Salla, or similar scale-ups. Series A+ fundraising, marketplace platforms, or SME logistics/payments expertise. Top-tier university degree (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
