Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MV electrical systems (13.8 KV) RMUs, transformers, 33 KV-MV switchgear, MDB, SDB protection devices). • Review and supervise maintenance activities for LV distribution, lighting, emergency power, UPS, and grounding systems. • Oversee and coordinate MEP maintenance works including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building services. • Troubleshoot faults, analyse root causes, and implement corrective measures. • Ensure compliance with NFPA, SEC regulations, local codes, and safety procedures. • Review contractor work, validate quality, and verify documentation (reports, checklists, test results). • Plan shutdowns, switching operations, and equipment isolation safely. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and asset condition. • Support improvements in energy efficiency, reliability, and lifecycle performance. • Lead and mentor technicians to ensure task execution meets standards. • Participate in audits, inspections, and client meetings as required. Minimum Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred: MV/power systems). • 4–8 years’ experience in facility maintenance or power systems. • Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution, protection, and safety switching. • Familiar with HVAC and fire system operation (advantage). • Hands-on experience with testing (megger, primary injection, relay testing). • Ability to read drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals. • Strong communication and reporting skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
