Lead day-to-day contract administration, formal correspondence, notices, and governance Application of contractual mechanisms Knowledge of different contractual documents Manage change control, evaluate variations and claims, and support negotiation and resolution. knowledge of KSA laws & regulations Validate contractor commercial submissions and payment applications. Prepare concise contractual and commercial reports for Directors - PMC scope knowledge Oversee cost management teams in valuations, cost reporting, and financial monitoring. English command Logical approach in demonstration & resolution communications & negotiations skills 10+ years in contracts/commercial management within PMC or construction. Degree in Engineering residential and hospitality projects MRICS, MCIArb, MCIOB, or LLM Arabic speaker
