We are seeking an experienced R&D Vendor Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our extensive network of almost 1,000 global partners, some of whom have been working with us since 2013. This role is critical to maintaining our research and development ecosystem and ensuring successful collaboration across borders and time zones.
Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with approximately 1,000 global partners across multiple regions and industries Strategic Collaboration: Develop long-term partnership strategies that align with company R&D objectives and business goals Vendor Performance: Monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring quality standards and contractual obligations are met Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal R&D teams and external vendor partners Partnership Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and optimize collaboration frameworks Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any partnership challenges or conflicts that arise Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of partner interactions, agreements, and performance metrics
Qualifications3+ years of experience in business development, vendor management, partnership management, or a related field Proven track record of managing large-scale partner networks (100+ relationships) Strong understanding of R&D processes and vendor management best practices Experience working with international partners across different cultures and time zones Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Preferred Skills Experience managing partnerships that span 10+ years Background in research and development or technical industries Multilingual capabilities Demonstrated success in turning vendor relationships into strategic partnerships
