· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
· 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation roles.
· Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM.
· Proven ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
· Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT asset management frameworks.
· ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-ITOM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, and Certified System Administrator preferred.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with integrations, API design, and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus
