1. Program Planning & Budgeting

• Identify the Program Objectives in which the Program will be Evaluated and Accepted.
• Develop a comprehensive plan for projects execution to achieve the defined objectives.
• Prepare the program budgets based on the scope of project and track all costs to ensure proper budget coverage.

1. Program delivery & Control

• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure successful program delivery.
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Conduct thorough program assessments, including risk analysis, resource allocation, and timeline development

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project team members.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and address concerns or issues.
• Communicate and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

1. Program Evaluation and Reporting:

• Conduct program evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive program reports, including progress updates, key metrics, and recommendations for future initiatives.

• Contribute to Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to gather insights and validate product decisions.
• Leverage market intelligence to drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
