To develop and deliver a mission-critical software implementation built on numerous Platforms, leveraging different software technologies in order to implement and test applications based on many Technologies. According to the policies and procedures followed within ELM.

1. Daily Operations

• Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Department / Section to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Prepare reports of Department / Section timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.

1. Solution Development Mentoring and control

• Implementing and improving the IT development processes.
• Identify all project aspects that may impact the project quality.
• Task planning, management, monitoring and review with team members
• Communicate knowledge and tasks from upper management, external parties to team members, and vice versa.

1. Design and Implementation

• Review the design and implementation for major components of the system.
• Ensures that the design/implementation meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements and in compliance with the architecture of the solution.

1. Solution Delivery

• Delivering the high level and review low Level design documentation
• Delivers high-quality services and components.

1. Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates/team members and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

1. Information Security

• Ensure the compliance with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Years and Nature of Experience

• 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in Ruby, Java, Node.js , python
  JavaScript frameworks ( ember, backbone or angular) solid front end skills Continuous integration skills that could include Git or jenkins for Devops with the ability to help set this up from scratch Ideally have had a background in Full stack JavaScript including  angular.js/node.js  DevOps & CI/CD Lead
• Have worked in heavily  in Scrum Kanban/ Lean environments
