Coordinator

About the role:

The Coordinator in the Leasing Department is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient communication and coordination between internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. The role supports the leasing operations by handling administrative tasks, tracking vehicle assignments, resolving customer queries, and ensuring timely execution of leasing processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain leasing-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle leasing schedules and maintenance reports.
  • Prepare reports for the leasing manager as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the leasing department and other internal departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Maintenance).
  • Communicate with customers regarding vehicle availability, leasing terms, and other inquiries. and resolve customer complaints
  • Track vehicle assignments and monitor fleet availability to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all leasing transactions.
  • Regularly update leasing systems to reflect the current status of contracts, payments, and vehicle conditions.
  • Generate periodic performance and utilization reports for the leasing manager.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and alert management to any discrepancies.


Requirements:


  • Diploma degree and above in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, (preferably in the car rental or leasing industry)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
