Support Engineer - KSA

Scope of Work:

  • Experience of Implement, test, configure, troubleshooting and supporting application.
  • Experience in Providing first point of contact, provide technical support to end-user as per IT related issues
  • Experience in windows OS Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, Monitoring, Domain, Networking, Antivirus’s, scrips.
  • Experience in Writing queries and manage MS SQL and writing scripts.
  • Experience in servers hardware support.
  • Good understanding of Web Services, API and IP based protocols


Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Discipline
  • 3-4 Year experience In Support role.
  • Prefer to Have experience with retail’s Applications
  • Driving license
  • Flexibility working on shift & on call
