ملخص للمهام والواجبات:
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements, payment orders, payrolls and employees related forms, and ensure \ their adherence to set policies, processes and standards.
- Provide support to the procurement department during the tendering and contracting process to ensure credibility and to safeguard the interest of the organization through participating in bid opening and evaluation meetings and ensuring the review of all supporting documents to letter of award, contract and change order.
- Track compliance of all financial payments, invoices, receipts, etc. and raise issues and risks to the relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Assist the FC Director in conducting ad-hoc checks as required and requested by the President & CEO to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial information and check on petty cash holders.
- Support the organization in managing financial risks and establishing appropriate controls to safeguard the interests of the organization.
- Advise relevant teams and parties through resolving issues and complaints.
- Ensure the safeguarding of assets through providing reasonable assurance regarding the use or disposition of the organization assets that could have a material effect on the financial statements.
- Assist the FC Director in insuring the integrity of financial data, appropriate enterprise accounting controls and processes, proper functioning of accounting systems, adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and timely and accurate financial reporting.
المؤهلات العلمية والخبرات العملية المطلوبة للوظيفة:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Finance or Accounting related certificate is required (e.g. CMA)
- A minimum of 8 years of solid/extensive experience in financial control preferably in a:
- Diverse/multi-cultural business industry.
- Multi-national company o Strategic development, global business development or similar type role.

• Strong understanding of financial management and accounting standards.
• Strong understanding of public sector financial control requirements and regulations in KSA.
• Intermediate understanding of the procurement process and financial activities.
