As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a Senior Vice President of Marketing based in Riyadh, to help us craft and execute a dynamic marketing strategy that accelerates our success. About the Role

As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will be the architect of our brand and growth strategy, driving adoption, retention, and advocacy in the retail SaaS market. You’ll lead a talented marketing team to build compelling campaigns, create meaningful customer connections, and ensure Rewaa’s dominance in the region. If you’re a visionary leader with a passion for storytelling, data driven decision making, and inspiring teams, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to align with Rewaa’s business goals and accelerate growth.

Serve as a thought leader, positioning Rewaa as the go to retail SaaS solution in the Middle East.

Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall objectives.

Customer Lifecycle Management:

Drive customer engagement through tailored programs that enhance onboarding, product adoption, and retention.

Partner with customer success to develop lifecycle campaigns that deliver personalized, value driven communications to users.

Brand and Thought Leadership:

Elevate Rewaa’s brand presence through impactful storytelling, content strategies, and high profile events.

Advocate for Rewaa’s customers by building a robust advocacy program, showcasing success stories, and driving customer led growth.

Digital and Demand Generation:

Spearhead demand generation initiatives across digital platforms to capture new customers and expand into new markets.

Optimize the company’s digital footprint, leveraging data to refine campaigns and drive measurable results.

Team Development:

Build, inspire, and mentor a high performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Invest in team members’ professional growth, ensuring alignment with Rewaa’s ambitious goals.

What You Bring

15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within SaaS or B2B industries.

Proven success in building and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Expertise in demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, and ABM strategies.

Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data driven decision making.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.

Outstanding communication abilities and a knack for storytelling.

Experience in the retail or technology sector, particularly within the Middle East, is a plus.
