JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:
To direct & fostering collaborations to drive growth and innovation within SIMAH, responsible for establishing and maintaining key partnerships that can significantly impact the Business Development’s success. Identifying opportunities for further collaboration and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct approved Partnership policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitors their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
- Direct and recommends the budget of the partnership ensuring that the required financial resources are calculated and projected so as to enable the execution of the unit strategic activities.
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into
- Direct the Oversee of overall Partnership activities within SIMAH and continuing the progress within the department.
- Implementation of and compliance with the cybersecurity/privacy/ Business Continuity requirements as per SIMAH’s policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
8-12 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related fields.
Language:
English: Advanced
