Responsibilities



  • Review contractor's monthly invoices, engaging relevant stakeholders to guarantee accuracy and alignment with contractual stipulations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of suspension or appeal requests submitted by Project Implementation or Engineering Affairs departments, evaluating their impact on project timelines and viability.
  • Ensure seamless submission of approved suspension or appeal requests within the Projects Sector, collaborating closely with Legal Affairs for comprehensive review.
  • Oversee the robust evaluation of advance payment and guarantee requests, prior to their transmission to Finance for further assessment.
  • Develop contingency plans to effectively address potential disruptions stemming from non-compliance or other contractual issues.
  • Formulate and implement standardized contracting processes and procedures for projects, aimed at optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Implement rigorous follow-up procedures for closure requests initiated by Project Implementation or Engineering Affairs, ensuring their timely submission for approval within the Projects Sector.
  • Facilitate the dissemination of signed closure contracts to Support Services, while advocating for penalties or fines in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of risks associated with non-compliance or deviations from contractual obligations, proposing viable mitigation strategies.
  • Assess change orders and project progress reports, identifying deviations or unforeseen issues, and proactively addressing them.
  • Foster transparent and effective communication channels with project stakeholders, ensuring clarity regarding contractual requirements, obligations, and pertinent matters.
  • Engage with regulatory authorities to address any contracts-related inquiries or issues.
  • Provide effective supervision of contract-related processes and procedures, enforcing adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on contract performance, offering insights into key metrics, deviations, and actionable recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 9 – 13 years of experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
