Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Customer Relations Supervisor
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate show units, including:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of show units.
- Organizing and preparing show units to receive customers.
- Following up on the availability of all marketing and promotional materials in the show units.
- Receive customers and provide them with the necessary information about real estate projects.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to their problems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert them into actual customers.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer services.
- Prepare periodic reports on the performance of show units and customer satisfaction.
- Cooperate with colleagues in the sales and marketing department.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Familiarity with the basics of the real estate market.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs.
