Sales Professional - Manpower Supply (Food Industry)

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in the food sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the food industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including food manufacturers and distributors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the food industry.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in the food sector.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of proven sales experience in the food industry or in a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of food industry regulations, processes, and workforce needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required
