Responsibilities are not limited to:

  • Participating in preparing the annual procurement plan in accordance with the company's strategy and objectives.
  • Participating in Preparing and developing the budget of the Public Procurement management, reviewing and auditing procurement contracts, and monitoring financial performance against the budget to ensure alignment.
  • Participating in planning the procurement operations in coordination with the relevant departments and studying the actual procurement needs of the company.
  • Controlling the costs of purchases of materials and general purchases, manage relations with suppliers, and follow up on the implementation of purchase contract orders.
  • Participating in creating and managing work flow charts related to procedure implementation, and establishing procurement key performance indicators and success measurement indicator protocols.
  • Drafting project contracts and submitting them to the concerned departments for review and ensuring the implementation of all procurement contracts according to the specified timetables and required quality and quantities.
  • Carrying out the process of pricing materials and all purchases, reviewing quotations, reviewing and controlling quantities.
  • Build substantive internal (and external) relationships with stakeholders in order to meet broader business needs.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to him by the line manager within the scope of work.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or management Science.
  • PMP – Project Management Professional.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with a construction, or real estate company, is desirable.
  • Practitioner / advanced capability and experience in Excel, MS office.
  • Experience of preparing and presenting planning and scheduling outputs for varied audiences.
  • Experience in dealing with consultants/contractors/subcontractors.
  • Have an excellent ability to read, analyze and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in Arabic & English Language.
