Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes to ensure a seamless experience.
  • HR Systems Administration: Maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
  • Employee Service: Manage and handle vacations, absence, ticket requests
  • Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, assisting with audits and reports.
  • Payroll Support: Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
  • HR Support: Manage and able to handle governmental websites related to HR- matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role in related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
