HR Manager (Male/ Female)

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Participate with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Maintains compliance with governmental, and labor laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Create, develop, implement, and maintain HR policies procedures, job description, and HR reports.
  • Evaluate performance by providing KPIs, and balance score cards reports.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees to understand job responsibilities.
  • Create and review the compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Skills

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience. 
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with ERPs, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
