Role Purpose:
Ensure that Company processes operate smoothly, efficiently, and align with the strategic goals of the Digital Transformation department. Collaborate with various departments to optimize business process mapping and adherence to the Company governance framework, driving continuous improvement. Provide comprehensive and detailed progress reports to the Digital Transformation Director on a regular basis to facilitate well-informed decisions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES :
Process Enhancement and Implementation
Design a streamlined and efficient business process mapping framework to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness.
Conduct a thorough analysis of existing processes within the business and process management department to map and document end-to-end processes.
Perform process simulations to evaluate the impact of suggested improvements/ actions plans prior to implementation.
Implement business/ process mapping improvements across Company organizational departments to streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies.
Assess and enhance existing processes to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
Collaborate with process stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual tasks.
- Prioritize processes based on impact and feasibility for optimization to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive and detailed progress reports on a periodic basis to the Digital Transformation Director to facilitate well-informed decisions.
Policies & Procedures and Documentations
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency in alignment with promoted policies, processes, and operating procedures.
- Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Implement data-driven process adjustments and leverage predictive analytics to anticipate process bottlenecks.
Collaborate with the HR department to implement training programs and upskill employees and improve overall competency.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of business and process management practices and foster a culture of governance within Company team members on using these tools effectively to maintain smooth process.
- Ensure the accuracy and standardization of Company policy documentation, processes, work instructions, and standards, and provide guidance when relevant.
- Offer clear explanations to stakeholders regarding process documentation and standardization to enhance understanding and alignment.
Digital Tools and Technologies
Assess the department’s current digital maturity to collect digital requirements and evaluate the use of technology to streamline workflows.
Standardize procedures where possible to create a conducive environment for digital adoption.
Ensure reliable systems and networks to ensure successful adoption milestones.
Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer, software engineer, or any other related field.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
