Supervision: Lead and manage security personnel, providing direction, training, and support to ensure effective security operations.

Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect personnel and property from threats.

Monitoring: Oversee security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems, ensuring they are operational and effective.

Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, breaches, and responses, presenting findings to management and recommending improvements.

Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for security staff on emergency procedures, conflict resolution, and customer service.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to enhance overall security measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in security management or supervision, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.

Certifications: Security-related certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) are a plus.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Knowledge: Familiarity with security technologies, procedures, and regulations relevant to the industry.
