Job Purpose:
Provide executive and administrative support to assigned office / team or member of ARDARA management team, by coordinating and providing administration and office support to ensure efficient and effective running of work responsibilities and tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Guide the implementation of relevant department policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls.
Reporting
Ensure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet WDC requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Job-Specific Accountabilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support and manage the administrative support functions and operations within the assigned office / team.
- Support in maintaining effective and efficient office management procedures to support the smooth operations of the office.
- Maintain the filing system for the office including all memorandums, reports, projects, policies and procedures and guidelines.
- Generate minutes of meetings and other action-tracker documents related to internal or external meetings.
- Prepare, receive, send and/or follow up on all communication, mail and correspondences related to the office (incoming and outgoing) and ensure actions related to these correspondences are taken at required time.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
Secretarial Certification is preferable
Experience:
4+ years in secretarial/ administration role in an executive or team support capacity in a in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
