Training and Development Expert

To lead the development and implementation of the department's strategy plan with respect to training and development. Manage training needs identification, training programs design and the delivery process in order to ensure Takamol’ development needs are met effectively.


Requirements & Qualifications:

1- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration or Related Field.

2- Proven 7-9 Years of Experience in Training and Developing Talents.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments and identify training needs (TNA).
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to align training initiatives.
