Overview:

This role is a fit for those with MBAs, advanced degrees, or a combination of work and prior consulting experience. A consultant leads workstreams or participates in more complex ones. By this stage, you’ll be skilled in using PEM’s approach to framing problems, overseeing complex analyses, generating insights, developing solutions, producing zero-defect materials, and building enduring relationships. This role requires collaborating with clients across various industries to identify their needs, analyzing data, and developing actionable recommendations that drive positive change.

Role and Responsibilities:

·      Partner with senior consultants and project leads on client engagements.

·      Conduct research, analyze data, and identify key issues and opportunities for clients.

·      Develop and present clear, concise, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

·      Assist with project management tasks, including timelines and budgets.

·      Foster strong communication and collaboration with clients, internal teams, and subject matter experts.

·      Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices relevant to consulting.

Skills

·      Bachelor's degree in business administration, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

·      Min 3 years of consulting experience, or relevant industry experience.[BE1] 

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven solutions.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.

·      A desire to learn and grow within the consulting field.

·      A solid team player who’s also an independent thinker.

·      Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multitask.
