We are looking for, Talent Acquisition Specialist Supervisor in Riyadh, you will play an important role in shaping our organization's workforce. You will lead the talent acquisition strategy, collaborating closely with HR and department leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with our company values and goals.



Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing and headhunting.
  • Interview Process.
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, selecting, scheduling interviews and issue offers through ERP.
  • Managing workflow.
  • Reporting to HR and senior management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
