Corporate Excellence and Quality Officer

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality management.


Years of Experience:

3 Years or more of relevant experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and developing policies, processes and procedures for excellence and developing a plan to achieve the standards of Organizational excellence in the organization.
  • Mapping processes and developing measurement systems and key performance indicators, to improve functional processes in all departments and get rid of obstacles that hinder work and develop and follow up methodologies of excellence.
  • Supporting management initiatives to improve the performance of Organizational excellence in all departments,
  • Planning and supervising the implementation of self-assessment processes according to local and international standards of excellence.
  • Planning and implementing awareness workshops in the organization to raise awareness of the concepts and applications of Organizational excellence.
  • Knowledge of all aspirations of international and local organizations in the areas of Organizational excellence.
  • Apply standards, plan, manage and implement comprehensive internal audits of various quality management systems and ISO certificates
  • Make benchmarking reports


Professional Skills:

  • Certified internal auditor for various quality management systems.
  • Internal evaluator of the King Abdelaziz Award (kAQA)
  • Certified assessor of the European Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Teamwork
