Information Technology Governance Manager

The IT Governance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization's IT infrastructure and processes align with business objectives and meet regulatory standards. This role oversees the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures, manages risks, and enhance operational efficiency and strategic value.


  • Establish and maintain IT governance policies and standards to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Align IT strategies with business objectives to support organizational goals and enhance decision-making processes.
  • Oversee IT compliance, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to governance practices.
  • Monitor IT performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency of technology services.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate IT changes, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Lead change initiatives to ensure seamless implementation of new technologies and systems across the organization.


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; certifications such as CISM or CGEIT preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT governance, with proven experience in strategic planning and enterprise risk management.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
